Funkypigeon.com seem to have a large number of TV adverts showing at the
moment which is where I remembered them from. After writing out my Christmas
cards over the weekend I decided the regular cards I bought for friends looked
so dull compared with the photocards I had ordered for my family. I ordered my
previous photo cards from the US for my family but I couldn't re-order as they
wouldn't be here in time for Christmas. I knew Funkypigeon.com were offering
free delivery so I decided to take a look around the site. I was after a few
special cards for my closest friends. Funkypigeon had some great offers on as
cards starting from as little as £1.79 delivered. You can get 30% off your first
order with a referral code and then when you're signed up you can get free
credit using their prepay system. So £2.50 extra credit when you buy £10.
Funkypigeon has cards for all occasions, they have all different types
of card for Christmas which can be personalised inside and out, you can even
upload photos. I selected a lovely design for a couple with two teddy bears sat
together cuddling and you can add names on their bottoms. I thought these would
be perfect for some newly engaged friends. I also selected a spoof magazine
front card for another friend. You could add and change the text and write
whatever you wanted inside too. They are straight forward to create and the
finished results looked impressive.
Creating an account was simple and
payment by paypal was very fast and convenient. I chose to send my cards direct
to the recipient so I wouldn't have to trek to the post office. I was really
pleased with funkypigeon and will sure be using them in future.
