Courier Delivered Flowers
This bouquet is created and sent via our next day courier delivery service, DPD Express Tracked. Our courier delivery service is free for all courier delivered bouquets over £30. For anything under £30 there is a £5 delivery charge weekdays and £6 on weekends and special occasions. Delivery is available 7 DAYS A WEEK. DPD have an SMS service which will give updates and advise a 2 hour window for delivery on the chosen day.

Letterbox Delivery:
Box dimensions: 620mm x 183mm x 38mm – designed to fit through a standard letterbox. If the recipients letterbox is smaller than this, or there’s an obstruction on the inside or outside, the courier may leave the box partially hanging out of the letterbox or in a safe place.
Order Cut-off Times:
Orders received before 4pm 7 DAYS a week will be delivered the next day. Delivery is available 7 days a week.
Delivery Times:
Standard deliveries will be made at any time between 7am and 7pm. DPD will deliver within a 2 hour window with SMS tracking. We realise that occasionally we may try to deliver an order and you (or the intended recipient) may not be at the delivery address. If this situation occurs we will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place (at the absolute discretion of delivery driver) at the premises. If your delivery is left in a safe place Funky Pigeon and our courier flower partner shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise thereafter, howsoever caused. If no safe place is available (at the absolute discretion of the delivery driver) a card will be left with a contact number for the recipient to call. Please note that if delivery is requested on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and you or the recipient are not at the delivery address, then due to the perishable nature of this product it may not be possible to arrange a re-delivery.
On very rare occasions due to flooding or adverse weather conditions delivery may need to be re-scheduled. In this instance our Customer Services Team will contact you.

Your flowers will then be sent to you via a UK courier delivery service. If your order is placed before 4pm Monday to Sunday, your flowers will be delivered the next day between 7am and 7pm unless you choose to schedule the delivery for another date.
Our flowers arrive in bud and will take 24 - 48 hours to bloom.
Once the recipient receives their bouquet, we recommend discarding the moisture pouch that they are shipped in and trimming the stems before placing them in water. We’ve also included flower food and a “how to care for your flowers” card to help keep the flowers looking their best for as long as possible. Our flowers are grown in the UK and internationally and often shipped while budding to ensure that they stay fresh during transit, as well as allowing you to enjoy them for as long as possible. So, don’t worry if the flowers aren’t in full bloom when they're received.
