Shirataki Noodle Salad with Sichuan Sesame Dressing

Shu Han Lee’s Sichuan salad recipe is so easy to put together, it only requires you to follow her signature dressing, which is a punchy mix of garlic, soy, black rice vinegar, creamy tahini and Sichuan peppercorns.
