We offer two different delivery options for you to choose from, depending on whether you'd prefer your wrapping paper to arrive folded or rolled. If you're happy for your wrapping paper to be folded for shipping, our Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is the best option. However, if you would prefer your design to be rolled in a tube to prevent creases, you can select this by opting for courier delivery via Evri.

Why Am I Having Difficulty Uploading Photos to My Wrapping Paper?

There are a few reasons your photo may not be uploading. Please check the following things:

Is your photo a high-resolution image? We recommend that all images be 300dpi and no less than 1000 Pixels in height or width for the best printed results.
Is your photo a .jpg file format? If not, then we recommend you save it in this format.
To avoid any issues, please save any images onto your computer first, then upload them from that location to your card. Uploading your photo to the website directly from a flash drive, dongle, digital camera or another external device could cause problems.
