Yes! We offer international airmail delivery for orders sent to Europe or the rest of the world, so your card can reach your loved ones wherever they are. Please note that international delivery can take extra time, so we recommend checking the estimated delivery date before sending.
If you notice an error or issue with your card, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness team through our online contact form as soon as you see there's a problem. Unfortunately, it's not always possible to change or cancel an order once it's been processed for printing, so it's important to get in touch as soon as you notice an issue.
If your images aren't uploading to your card, there are a few things you can try. We recommend checking the following:
- Is your photo a high enough resolution? For best-printed results, we recommend all images are no less than 1000 Pixels in height or width and 300 dpi.
- Is your photo a .jpg? This is one of the most common image types. If not, try saving your photo as a .jpg and reuploading.
- Are you uploading photos from a USB stick, digital camera, or external device? If so, we recommend copying the photos onto your computer or phone and then uploading directly from your device.
If you're still having problems, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness team and we'll be happy to help.
