Our online editor makes it easy to customise with a huge range of photo editing options. Choose how many images, add text, resize, rotate, zoom and add special effects and filters to all your photos. You can also upload pictures from any device, as well as Facebook and Instagram.

Our photo upload baubles are available in three styles, regular bauble, giant bauble or wooden snowflake. Our regular plastic baubles measure 80mm in diameter, with the giant baubles measuring 120mm in diameter. Our snowflake tree decorations measure 145mm (H) x 125mm (W) x 6mm (D). All plastic baubles feature a metallised cap and silver string at the top to allow you to easily hang your design from your tree, with the snowflake decorations including a ribbon for hanging. The ceramic baubles are slightly smaller, measuring 60 x 60 mm.

Yes, you can easily swap out the photo contained within our plastic baubles if you want to change your design at any point in the future. To do so, simply remove the silver cap, separating the two halves. This will allow you to access the photo inside, putting your new image inside once you've trimmed it to the correct size and shape.

If you choose our standard or giant plastic baubles, your custom design will be printed on both sides of the bauble, so your bauble will look great from all angles. For ceramic and wooden snowflake tree decorations, the design is only printed on the front.

Yes, you can easily send your personalised photo upload bauble across the world using our Royal Mail Airmail delivery. Please note that international orders to Europe or the rest of the world can take 5-12 days to arrive, depending on location.

For orders within the UK, standard First Class Post can take 1-3 days to arrive, with 80% of orders arriving the next working day when ordered before our cut off times. We also offer next day guaranteed delivery in the UK for urgent orders. For airmail orders to Europe or the rest of the world, these can take 5-7 days or 10-12 days, respectively.

We offer three types of personalised baubles: plastic, ceramic and wooden. Our plastic baubles feature your custom design printed inside, surrounded by a sturdy plastic material. Our ceramic baubles are opaque, with your custom text design on the surface of the bauble. Our wooden snowflake tree decorations are made from wood, with a cut-out for your image in the centre.

There are a few reasons your photo may not be uploading. Please check the following things:
- Is your photo a high-resolution image? For best-printed results, we recommend that all images be 300dpi and no less than 1000 Pixels in height or width.
- Is your photo a .jpg file format? If not, then we recommend you save it in this format.
- To avoid any issues, please save any images onto your computer first, then upload them from that location to your card. Uploading your photo to the website from a flash drive, dongle, digital camera, or another external device could cause problems.
