How Do I Create a Personalised Gift?
Creating personalised gifts is easy with our online editor. Once you've found a product you like, the editor will show you what you can customise and allow you to quickly add photos and text to create your own personalised photo gift design. Then, you can preview the result to make sure you're happy with it before ordering. Personalisation options vary depending on product range and design.
Can I Include a Personalised Gift Message with My Gift?
Yes! When you progress to edit your item, there is an option to leave a personalised message on a small card which will be delivered along with the gift.
What Is the Cut Off for Same Day Dispatch on Personalised Gifts?
Most orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday and orders placed over a weekend or on a Public Holiday will be despatched on the next available working day. However, the same day dispatch can vary depending on the product and time of year. So please see our delivery info page for any queries.
Can Multiple Gifts Be Delivered in the Same Parcel?
No. All personalised gifts will be despatched separately. If your order contains different gifts or any other printed products then they will not be despatched together. Many of our items are despatched from separate locations therefore we cannot guarantee that all items will arrive on the same day.
How Will My Personalised Gift Be Delivered?
All of our gifts are sent in protective wrapping to ensure they make it to their destination in perfect condition. We also use cardboard, recyclable packaging where possible. Some of our gifts come with a gift box or bag but please check this on the product before checkout. Delivery options and times will vary depending on the chosen delivery preferences and when the order is placed. Please see our delivery info page for more information.
Why Am I Having Difficulty Uploading Photos to My Gift?
There are a few reasons your photo may not be uploading, please check the following things:
- Is your photo a high-resolution image? For best printed results, we recommend all images be 300dpi and no less than 1000 Pixels in height or width.
- Is your photo a .jpg file format? If not, then we recommend you save it in this format
- To avoid any issues, please save any images onto the device you are customising the card on first then upload from that location to your gift. If you are uploading your image to the website from a flash drive, dongle, digital camera, or any other external devices, this could cause problems.
