We’re here to help with any queries you may have. However, to save you time we have detailed below some of the most common queries we receive and a quick resolution.

Why hasn’t my card arrived yet?

Please note that Royal Mail are doing their best to deliver everyone’s post but they are under enormous pressure due to these difficult times and staff illness.

It would be greatly appreciated if you would allow a little longer than normal for your items to be delivered before contacting us. If your item has still not arrived after 3 days please contact us. Please click CONTACT FORM and always include your ORDER NUMBER this will help us to respond in a timely manner.

I’ve forgotten my Password

Go to the Log In page and at the bottom of the page it will show ‘Forgotten password?’. Please click here and then enter your email address and select 'Retrieve Password' to receive a password reset via email. Please allow a few minutes for this email to arrive and you can log into your account.

I need to cancel or change my order

Please note that if your order has already been processed and sent to our printing department we may not be able to change or cancel your order.

I emailed you but nobody’s replied

We’re sorry that you haven’t received a reply yet, we know it’s frustrating.

Have you checked your email junk folder? Sometimes emails from us are automatically filed in your junk folder (depending upon the email provider you use, this folder may be called ‘spam’) so it’s worth checking there.

We do try to reply to emails within 24 hrs and we’re sorry if it has been longer.
