Royal Mail strikes took place on the 30th of September and the 1st of October, no 1st class or Tracked 48 deliveries would have been delivered on these days and there would have been delays to Special Delivery and Tracked 24 orders too. Please allow up to 5 days for 1st class orders to arrive and an extra 1-2 days for Special Deliveries, Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 orders. We expect some delays to orders throughout the week as Royal Mail works through a backlog of post.

Giant Cards, Alcohol, Flowers & Plants were not affected by the strikes and are still available for next day delivery as their courier delivery services were unaffected by these strikes.

How do I track my order?

What is the Estimated Delivery date?

This is the date that we estimate Royal Mail will deliver your item. This is only an estimated date and cannot be guaranteed.

The Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day (Mon - Sat) the remainder could take up to 3 working days to arrive. They are unable to provide a guaranteed service. For Next day delivery please choose Tracked 24, for guaranteed next day delivery you will need to select Special Delivery.

My order still hasn't arrived!

If you order was sent by First Class post please note that we do state it can take up to 3 days for Royal Mail to deliver your item.

If your order was sent by RM Tracked 24 then you should have received an email with a Tracking number which you can use to track your order.

If the item has still not been received with this timescale or there is an issue with the tracking, please click CONTACT FORM and always include your ORDER NUMBER and we will respond ASAP and do our best to help to resolve the issue.

I need to cancel or change my order

As per the message in the basket at time of sale we do ask customers to ensure order is correct before payment is made. We are unable to cancel or amend orders after payment is completed.
