delivery window on selected delivery date.

Why hasn't my card arrived yet?
It would be greatly appreciated if you would allow a little longer than normal for your items to be

How do I track my Flower Order?
Flowers orders are delivered by DPD and customers will receive a text message on the delivery date giving a 2
hr window for the delivery.
You can also download the free DPD app to your
mobile phone and this will give minute by minute tracking of your delivery using the mobile number or a
postcode for the delivery.
I've forgotten my Password
Go to the Log In page and at the bottom of the page it will show 'Forgotten password?''.
Please click here and then enter your email address and select 'Retrieve Password' to
receive a password reset via email. Please allow a few minutes for this email to arrive and you can log into
your account.
I need to cancel or change my order
As per the message in the basket at time of sale we do ask customers to ensure order is correct before
payment is made. We are unable to cancel or amend orders after payment is completed.
I emailed you but nobody's replied
We're sorry that you haven't received a reply yet, we know it's frustrating.
