Mini Keg Directions for use:

1. Slowly open air-release by lifting the flap on the top plug and turning as directed, allowing excess carbonation to escape. It may make a short hissing sound. If you don’t do this, you’re going to be pouring pints of foam for a while.

2. Pull the tap (front) out, away from the body of the mini-keg until it stops.

Gently tilt the tap to pour beer- the first half pint might be foamy, let it settle and it’s good to go.

3. When you’ve finished pouring, push the tap back into the mini-keg and close the air-release flap to help retain carbonation.

You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol and you may be asked for ID upon delivery.
