Tierra del Rey or ‘King of Chile’ wines are produced in the central valley, situated between the mighty Pacific Ocean and the majestic Andes mountains. The mountains protect the vines by creating dry, hot climate conditions, while the cold ocean breezes keep the vines cool. This combination produces full flavoured wines whilst maintaining that all important acidity essential to make perfectly balanced wines. The red wine we’ve chosen to feature in our personalised range is the medium bodied 13% Merlot. Aromas of ripe cherries and juicy plums with added jammy blackcurrants on the palate. Well balanced with a smooth lingering finish.
