Your flowers will be delivered via our trusted UK courier service for a delivery charge of £6.99 per order.

Order before 9pm Monday to Friday, 5pm on Saturday, or 9pm on Sunday for next-day delivery, unless you choose an alternative delivery date at checkout. While we always endeavour to deliver your flowers the next day, this service cannot be guaranteed and deliveries may occasionally take longer due to factors outside of our control.

Flowers are typically delivered between 7am and 7pm.

Our flowers arrive in bud and may take 24 to 48 hours to fully bloom, allowing you to enjoy them for even longer.

Once your bouquet arrives, we recommend trimming the stems before placing them in fresh water. We've also included flower food and a care guide to help keep your blooms looking their best for as long as possible.

Our flowers are sourced from both UK and international growers and are often shipped while budding to help ensure they stay fresh during transit and can be enjoyed for longer. So, if your flowers aren't fully open when they arrive, don't worry, they'll continue to bloom beautifully over the following days.
