Royal Mail strikes are planned on the 26th and 31st August and 8th and 9th of September.

No First Class deliveries will be made on strike days but Special Deliveries and Tracked 24 orders will still be attempted. We also anticipate the disruption will continue in the days following the strikes as the Royal Mail network deals with a backlog of post. Allow 5 days for First Class orders to arrive. International orders will also be affected so please allow more time for these.

Giant Cards, Alcohol, Flowers & Plants are still available for next day delivery as their courier delivery services will be unaffected by these strikes.

How do I track my order?

What is the Estimated Delivery date?

This is the date that we estimate Royal Mail will deliver your item. This is only an estimated date and cannot be guaranteed.

The Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day (Mon - Sat) the remainder could take up to 7 working days to arrive. They are unable to provide a guaranteed service. For Next day delivery please choose Tracked 24, for guaranteed next day delivery you will need to select Special Delivery.

Why hasn't my card arrived yet?

Please check the estimated delivery date of your order and the timescales quoted for the delivery type selected. Cards being sent back to Ireland can currently take up to 7 working days to arrive. Cards sent to the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and 83% are expected to arrive the next working day but it may take up to 5 working days for delivery.

Once your cards have been despatched, we are unable to control the delivery process, however we will do whatever we can to rectify any problems. If your card(s) have still not arrived after the delivery times stated please contact us using the CONTACT FORM.

Go to the Log In page and at the bottom of the page it will show 'Forgotten password?''. Please click here and then enter your email address and select 'Retrieve Password' to receive a password reset via email. Please allow a few minutes for this email to arrive and you can log into your account.

I need to cancel or change my order

As per the message in the basket at time of sale we do ask customers to ensure order is correct before payment is made. We are unable to cancel or amend orders after payment is completed.
