Yes, this is available on most gifts! When you progress to edit your item, there is an option to leave a personalised message on a small card which will be delivered along with the gift. Perfect for when you are sending the gift straight to the recipient. Please note there may be a small selection of birthday gifts where this is not possible.

Most orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday will be posted the same day, depending on the product. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday and orders placed over a weekend or on a Public Holiday will be despatched on the next available working day. However, the same day dispatch can vary depending on the product and these times can vary during peak trading. Please see our delivery info page for any queries regarding dispatch.

Unfortunately, no. All gifts will be despatched separately unless you're ordering a bulk amount of a certain product. You can view our bulk pricing and the products included here. If your order contains different gifts or any other printed products, then they will not be despatched together. Many of our items are despatched from separate locations therefore we cannot guarantee that all items will arrive on the same day.

At the moment we are unable to send birthday cards and gifts together as many gifts are despatched from a separate location to our cards.
The only exception to this rule is if you order a non-personalised gift on your way to the basket while you are purchasing a card. In this case the cards and gifts are packed and despatched together.

All our gifts are sent in protective wrapping to ensure they make it to their destination in perfect condition. We also use cardboard, recyclable packaging where possible. Some of our gifts can come with a gift box or bag but please check this on the product before checkout.
