How Do I Create a Personalised Photo Gift?
Our online editor makes it easy to create your personalised photo gift. First, you can choose which product you want to customise by filtering by product type, occasion or more. Once you've found your item, you can personalise by uploading photos directly from your device or via your Facebook or Instagram accounts. Then, you can position, rotate, scale and edit your images and try our built-in effects and filters to get your product looking perfect. Once you're happy with it, make sure to preview your design, and you're ready to go!
Can I Include a Gift Message with My Order?
Yes! Most of our personalised gifting ranges offer the option to add a free customised gift message, which will be printed on a slip of paper and delivered along with your order. This is ideal for orders being delivered directly to the recipient's address, so you can let the recipient know who the gift is from and send them good wishes.
If I Order Multiple Photo Gifts, Will They Be Delivered Together?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that gifts ordered together will be delivered together. This is because our products are despatched from separate locations around the UK depending on the product range. So, if your order contains different gifts, we may not be able to despatch these together. If ordering directly to the recipient's address, we recommend adding a gift message to products where possible to let the recipient know who the gift is from.
Why Am I Having Difficulty Uploading Photos to My Gift?
There are a few reasons your photo may not be uploading. Please check the following things:
- Is your photo a high-resolution image? For best-printed results, we recommend that all images be 300dpi and no less than 1000 Pixels in height or width.
- Is your photo a .jpg file format? If not, then we recommend you save it in this format.
- To avoid any issues, please save any images onto your computer first, then upload them from that location to your gift. If you upload your photo to the website from a flash drive, dongle, digital camera, or another external device, this could cause problems.
