The starting point was a classic ginger biscuit recipe to which C&B added stemmed ginger for a little extra gingery zing and then added the chocolate -and not just any chocolate, but a super fine, dark chocolate.


Ingredients: Dark Chocolate Coating (67%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Anhydrous Milk Fat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Natural Vanilla Flavouring),

Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Sugar, Sugarcane Syrup, Stem Ginger (4%) (Ginger, Sugar),

Salted Butter (4%) (Milk, Salt), Eggs, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate; Ground Ginger, Salt.

Dark Chocolate Coating Contains: Cocoa Solids 52% Minimum.
