Yes, if you want to change the photo in your snow globe in the future, you can do so by accessing the flap on the bottom of the base. Simply lift the flap by pushing the clip, remove your photo and cut your new photo to the correct size. Then, slot your new photo in and you're good to go!

Yes, you can send your personalised snow globe all over the world using our Airmail delivery. If you're shipping outside of the UK, our airmail shipping can take 5-12 days, depending on location. Orders within the UK can be sent First Class or next day guaranteed.

For orders within the UK, standard First Class Post can take 1-3 days to arrive, with 80% of orders arriving the next working day when ordered before our cut off times. We also offer next day guaranteed delivery in the UK for urgent orders. For airmail orders to Europe or the rest of the world, these can take 5-7 days or 10-12 days, respectively.

There are a few reasons your photo may not be uploading. Please check the following things:

• Is your photo a high-resolution image? For best-printed results, we recommend that all images be 300dpi and no less than 1000 Pixels in height or width.

• Is your photo a .jpg file format? If not, then we recommend you save it in this format.

• To avoid any issues, please save any images onto your computer first, then upload them from that location to your card. Uploading your photo to the website from a flash drive, dongle, digital camera, or another external device could cause problems.
