How Do I Make a Personalised Mug?

To make your personalised mug, simply browse our categories above, select your preferred design and then choose your size/type of mug. You will then be taken through to our online editor where you can upload photos and/or type your own custom text (depending on the design you have chosen). You can edit your pictures, resize, crop and add filters to get the most out of them!

Please ensure your customisation is typed correctly, as your mug will be printed with the exact words you write. So we recommend double check spelling and grammar and preview your mug before purchasing.

How Do You Print the Design on the Mug?

Once you have submitted your design and bought your mug, it goes into our print process. Your customisation will be transferred onto your new mug via heat printing. Essentially the mug goes into a big "mug oven" to get all toasty and comes out looking exactly as you wanted!

What Material are the Mugs Made From?

The majority of our mugs are made from ceramic material, with a selection of mugs made out of quality bone china.

Are the Mugs Safe to Drink Hot Drinks From?

Yes, absolutely! The customisation of mugs makes no difference to their practicality. So, just like all mugs, the handle will remain cool for drinking, and your customisation will remain intact as long as you look after your mug.

Can I Recycle My Mug?

If you no longer want to use your mug for drinking, it may still be useful for a number of other purposes! You could make mug cakes, use it as a pen pot or even transform it into a DIY candle. But if you really need a change, and are a little fed up with your mug, don't worry - there are multiple ways to recycle them.

First and foremost, avoid just tossing your mug in the bin. Ceramic isn't widely recycled so it's better to give your mugs away to charities, thrift stores, or list them on websites like freecycle so that they can find another home.
